SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time
It can take up to1 business day to process your order for product units. We offer same day processing on all orders placed before 10:00 AM PST each day. All units ship the day after processing has completed.
Carriers
We us FedEx and UPS exclusively to ship all orders. We are not able to change the carrier that is chosen to meet your preference, as our system automatically assigns this based on your address.
Shipping Cost
Shipping cost includes our handling fee, and the shipping charge from FedEx and UPS. We offer FREE 3-5 business days shipping on all products.
PLEASE NOTE:
We can only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not provide international shipping, and cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after your order is placed. Please review all information carefully before submission.
We cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please provide accurate address information for fastest delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return and exchange periodsf you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. You may return any new merchandise purchased from Broage that is "dead on arrival" or that arrives in damaged and/or defective condition for a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Broage will not accept any returns sent back more than 14 days after you receive the order. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving "dead on arrival", damaged and/or defective merchandise, otherwise the return will be subject to normal restocking fees.
Restocking fees
The items we sell have a 20% restocking plus the original shipping cost fee if returned by any customer. There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened.
How to return an item?
Use our prepaid return label
You will get free shipping on your return by using our pre-paid label. Please contact cs@broageproduct.com to obtain a free return label. Print a prepaid shipping label. Put the return label on the package and take it to an authorized UPS drop off location. Some exclusions apply.
Refund method and timing
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
Special considerations
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact cs@broageproduct.com and return it during your return and exchange time period. We'll arrange for a replacement.
Returns lacking proof of purchase
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed.
Nonreturnable items
Nonreturnable items include returned product that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition. Broage reserves the right to test damaged and defective returns.
Apparel
We are happy to accept returned apparel that has not been used, worn, laundered and has its original tags attached.
